Full Stack Engineer
Remote, RemoteFull-Stack Engineer
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our client's remote team in San Francisco as a direct contractor of the company.
You will have the opportunity to work with a growing, talented and dynamic team collectively focused and highly driven to develop next generation blockchain technology that will revolutionize business collaboration.
Role
Our client is looking for full-stack engineers to join their project as a member of the application development team, primarily developing SaaS applications to help make business collaboration simple and trustworthy, all without having to learn or install a new app!
Responsibilities

Design, develop and test core components of our enterprise applications and services

Collaborate with team members distributed across the world to serve a global client base

Work with devops / operations teams to ensure the reliability of our applications and services

Work with product team to implement solutions
-
Work with the ledger infrastructure team to use and/or develop tools necessary for applications to interact with the blockchain
-
Supporting your applications and/or services as and when required
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering
-
Speaks fluent English
-
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
-
Strong proficiency in a front-end framework such as React or Vue
-
Proficiency in developing and interfacing with APIs
-
Proficiency with modern databases and web servers
-
Proficiency in building scalable systems

Experience in building single page web applications

You are flexible, dedicated, and curious

You draw inspiration from prior art, but are driven to innovate beyond it

Bonus

Experience using Jira and Miro

Experience integrating 3rd party APIs into an existing application

Experience with AWS (RDS, SQS, DynamoDB)

Experience working in a service-oriented or microservice architecture

Deep knowledge of API design principles and best-practices, caching, resiliency, RPC, REST, and HTTP

Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation
